In my wedding photography I strive to get the moments that are a little out of the norm. I think this photo falls into that category. This was the back view of a formal shot with the bride maids and the groom. 

I shot this at the National Cathedral as I was working as a assistant photographer for a local wedding photographer here in the Washington DC area. I was up high in the balcony and saw how the carvings in the wood made for a nice frame.
